C-7 Riverwood
Packer Installation
Trenton, Ohio

This project began with the removal of the outdated Riverwood Packing
Machine. The new Riverwood "Quickflex" was set in place and
conveyor installation began. Two hundred feet of conveyor was assembled,
modified, installed and refined to transport the product smoothly.
Shop-fabricated platforms were also installed. This project took only six
weeks to complete, which allowed production to resume quickly.

Boiler Rework

Piping and material handling systems reworked and installed. Installed
new and rerouted existing boiler feed water and cooling water piping.
Also ran high pressure steam system as needed to existing plant
locations. Removed, reworked and installed new coal handling system for
boiler.

New Can Line
Diverter & Conveyor Modifications

|
Canning line was shut down for a long weekend so we could install a
new diverter along with other conveyor modifications. Scope included the
preassembly and staging of the new conveyor sections, demolition of the
old system, removal of guard rail and bollards, installation of the new
diverter, installation of 90 degree turn, installation of new conveyor
sections, tie-ins to existing conveyors, air piping to pneumatic gate,
lubrication tubing and sprays, installation of guard rail and start up
assistance. Project work was performed around the clock and closely
coordinated with the electrical subcontractor.
