Project Manager / Project Engineer – Large or multiple project responsibilities including safety, manpower, scheduling, budgeting, costing, procurement and change orders. Responsibilities can also include estimating, proposal preparation and feasibility or conceptual studies. Project sizes range from small maintenance type repair/replacement jobs to large multi-million dollar capital improvements.
Superintendent – Total project responsibility – including safety, planning, scheduling, productions, manpower, material and equipment requirements, job cost and change orders. Assist with estimating and detail scheduling. Projects range in size from small maintenance work order repair jobs to multi-million dollar projects.
