500 Ton crane with 280 ft boom set up to place structural steel in
very remote areas of the roof at an automobile assembly facility

Over 200,000 lbs of prefabricated structural steel needed to house
over 80,000 sq. ft. of rooftop enclosure

This very complicated project was a huge success due to the excellent
preplanning and zero safety violations.

Trim
& Final Assembly Chain-On-Edge Conveyor
Dayton, Ohio

This project was awarded to McGraw/Kokosing Inc. and involved the
installation of electrical instrumentation and controls for the final
assembly conveyors. There were 42 control panels connected through data
highway and remote I/0 link. M/K installed 12 miles of conduit and 75
miles of control wire. There were 640-control devices installed, spread
out between two operating plants covering 50 acres.
